I did all the same things as you and im getting the same frames as you with a 5700XT.

Oh hello fellow Laz! There's a significant number of cases, so I hope they are devoted to fixing this ASAP. I bought a season pass a week before I upgraded and haven't been able to play since. New content means nothing if I can't even play. :(
