It was fixed last season at some point. Beyond Light broke it again.

I didn’t think they fixed it properly though. Only 1 part of the perk. I think it’s intentional as it has kill clip intrinsic and the main perk itself is busted. Bungie should learn that solar fusion rifles in their games are cursed, vog fusion was super rare, vex mytho broken and then busted nerfed, POCKET INFINITY, toaster McJotun, 1k damage FPS damage bug. Good track record lol
