Hi there. I see that you have Cross Save enabled. Did you purchase the Legendary Edition before or after you set up Cross Save?

If you purchased it beforehand, then it's possible that you bound the Season Pass to your Steam characters rather than your PlayStation characters because Season Passes are tied to the first characters that log in after buying them, even if you don't actually have any characters created at the time. In this case, you would unfortunately have to buy the Season Pass separately now that you have your active Cross Save characters selected.
