Are you talking about armour ornaments or weapon ornaments? Though, I suppose the answer is the same. If you're talking about the Season of the Worthy stuff, they were Season pass exclusive. They *may* sell them in the future, they may not. If you are referring to other ornaments, there is a set list of what gets sold each season, though everything (non-event) up to season 9 (Season of the Dawn) is available in Eververse Engrams.
