Thoughts after reading TWAB: Still doesn't seem to address the general concern that Stasis dominates the PvP scene almost exclusively. They mentioned specific fixes to "outlier abilities," but didn't address the general concern with how game-breaking the freezing is especially when it outclasses all of the elemental subclasses.
