anything below 60 fps is a console experience.
if a gimped bulldozer CPU, and HD 6000 series class GPU can run the game locked at 30 fps.
We are owed the better experience.
Irony is if u own a 9th gen console, you get the best experience right now due to these problems.
Locked 60 4K on PS5, and small dips to about 55 on Series X due to lazy programing.
