Hi. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Prime Gaming site and that you have an active Amazon Prime account?
If you go into your [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Prime gaming at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url]?

1- No, I do not share any of my accounts (Neither the amazon, nor the destiny 2). 2- Yes, I play Destiny 2 and I am also enrolled in Prime Gaming. 3- I have verified both in the prime gaming account and in the Bungie rewards section for destiny 2 or in the game itself. 4- When accessing preferences, "accounts and links" if I can see that this prime gaming linked with bungie for destiny 2 in "Authorized applications". 5- No, I have not been able to claim the reward in "Partner Rewards section" because the reward does not appear to claim either. Finally I have not been able to get my reprimand for prime gaming because it just does not appear for bungie anywhere.

It sounds like something occurred between your connection between Prime Gaming. This could have occurred for several reasons, such as someone else claiming the content, not having Amazon Prime, connecting to the wrong Bungie.net account, not connecting Destiny 2 to your Bungie.net account before claiming the rewards, or something else occurring. Unfortunately, Prime Gaming rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to [url=https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2]re-link your accounts together [/url]then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.
