Are you sure you unlocked it with this account?
While it seems you were fairly active at the beginning of Season of the Worthy, the API shows you only played for 11 minutes while the quest for Felwinter's Lie was live, likely not enough time to complete the quest.

I am very sure that i got it on this account. Is there something i can do or is it just lost now?

As a policy, Bungie does not replace lost, deleted or discarded items. If you cannot pull it from collections, you'll have to wait until it is added to the Monument to Lost Light kiosk next season.
