Well... they never added those even to the Dreaming City... even though Petra keeps shifting every week so 2/3 of time you can't even launch near the planetary vendor...

Remember how the community had an uproar that we couldn’t use our sparrow on Mercury then it was incorporated into the game. Let’s hope something is done soon. Bungie take note we’re not happy. Also add more fast travel point to Dreaming City whilst your at it.

Similar thing happened back in D1 for the Dreadnaught, Bungie never learns seemingly.
