This is a license issue between your friend and Sony. Nothing to be gained here

Bungie owns destiny do they not? They could provide us with a digital license. I can easily provide them with all the stuff he and I already have for verification. It's not like I'm asking for a beyond light cross platform or something. I'm asking for a playstation licence of an old game that I already own.

Again this is an issue to do with Sony. Let’s say you had an issue with a burger you bought at McDonalds, you wouldn’t go to Lopez Foods who makes the patties to get a new burger would you?
-
You honestly think that bungie doesn't have a way to get their customers a license for their game? Someone else help me out here. This person has exhausted their opinion quota
-
You've exhausted your requests for Bungie to give your friend a license. Bungie didn't sell your friend Destiny, Sony did. Sony controls the license. If your friend is unable to locate Destiny in his library, not the ps store, then he'll have to work with Sony. He's not going to find just Destiny in the ps store. It should be in his library.

It’s not an opinion it’s simple logic. There’s people here who buy physical copies of the Ultimate collection with expired codes and still don’t get anything here. Why because it’s the RETAILER they have to talk to. I’m sorry it that’s difficult for you to comprehend, but that’s your problem and no one else’s.

You're still here? Hypothetically, If Luke Smith said "hey get that guy a copy of destiny" you believe that wouldn't happen? Of course it would happen. Not that Luke Smith would because well he's Luke Smith and doesn't give a f about his customers. The bottom line here is bungie has unlimited access to their product and it's license's. If a concert ticket is sold out you know who has more? The band, the production company, the venue. So don't tell me bungie is not the right people to ask. You're part of the problem with destiny and bungie. Blindly making excuses and deflecting blame for them. You probably think sunsetting purchased content was a "good thing" too. The bottom line is I AM BUNGIES CUSTOMER. WE ALL ARE. They should not be able to pass the buck to sony, microsoft, or whoever. And you or anyone else should not be suggesting they do it or defending them doing so.

🤦🏻 good god there is no helping you. Either you’re ignorant and refusing to understand basic etiquette or your truly do not get it. Either way there will be no help here and you’re only causing your “friend” to suffer for it
-
No, the bottom line is you still don't understand how licensing works after being told repeatedly.

Post deleted. Can't have you clogging up my feed with ignorance.
