The solution to sunsetting is to stop playing altogether until D2s final year of new dlc and seasons.
Then come back and enjoy the content with basically no more sunsetting in play.

Thats actually a decent idea, ive only come back to this game after a couple years off during september and already started with gamepass so i guess if other DLCs arent on there then i wont bother. I already asked myself 'would i genuinely pay £40 for this while travelling up and down Europa for a drawn out campaign. It also felt like we really didnt need stasis to defeat Eramis since there was nothing from stopping me using my Light classes to against her. Not even a Stasis type enemy to dampen out Light classes, so there wasnt really much need to switch to it other than in PvP - still a fun subclass just felt like it wasn't as valuable or necessary story wise.

The issue is that most fans here are vocal but don't vote with their wallets. I decided not to buy the new dlc after i paid for a season pass last year which i never used. It seems everytime Bungie put out a vidoc the community forget about the previous disappointments and just buy into it again. It might be because they hope it will be different this time around, but if they don't buy into the hype maybe bungie will see that they need to make changes.
