This is still broken. I have gone to Xur for 3 weeks. No exotic cypher quest available and I don't have one in my inventory. Please fix this Bungie.

I got the same problem today. I tweet bungie but never got a reply. This is really stupid to happen. They need to fix this. We just wasted our time for nothing ?
