If you didn't bother using the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=12915]Network Troubleshooting Guide[/url] to fix the problems with your network connection that caused Bungie to place the 2 week Restriction on your account, that is likely why you are now under a 2 month Restriction.

I did, I would have unplayable lag spikes when I got the 2 week restriction which seemed to clear up when I looked at that guide and moved my setup and everything. Since then I have not noticed nearly as many connection problems but still got the 2 month ban. I don't think I could've done anything more.
