i have just upgraded from a gtx 1080 to an rx 6800
cpu - 3700x
destiny 2 is the only one causing issues
gtx 1080 - ~80 - 90 fps constant on all maps and activities (at least 80-90 fps)
rx 6800 - ~40-50 fps on all maps and activities
mind you all drivers, bios, chipset etc is up to date!
