They kind of had that in vanilla d2. I remember if you wanted a last hope or uriels gift you had to rank up failsafe on Nessus for packages. All they needed to do was add random rolls

Farming materials from its planet to earn enough tokens to purchase a direct weapon reward. Each planet should have this system, in addition to a free daily weapon that rotates with different rolls. So you’re not always locked in on having to farm for what you may wanna just try out. Also I’d like to add that Ana Bray should be a tower vendor. She should offer up bounties for Ikelos weapons, armor, and shaders. Every Ikelos weapon you could earn from her, should be in her own loot pool. I’d love to use an updated 18-Kavins again. But I digress. Planets need a proper update to their loot cycle. And vendors need specific rewards catered to their activities. Right now everything is mixed together in an ugly way.

They should do the same with factions. No need for rallies. Just pledge and rank up the vendor, easy

They each could have the same system. Not necessarily bounties but one that works with planetary materials, glimmer, etc. you could just upgrade them by using their weapons. Getting 20 kills with their shotgun unlocks the auto rifle, and so on. That could be a weekly thing, in addition to unlocking their shaders, & armor. You could also tie in their ornaments to the triumph booklet. So doing things like wearing their shaders or armor while defeating combatants increases a % scale to unlock armor ornaments for all your gear
