Got any anti virus installed on your pc, game capture installed? also you checked if your cpu is not bottlenecking? and the gpu btw is fine it should be as high as possible and cpu at lowest

Last night my CPU usage would be 90+ percent consistently and GPU was up there too just not as high. I am fairly new to the PC gaming scene so I am not sure about a lot but I didn't really do or change anything much since the time of my posting. I gave it a test run this morning and the CPU wasn't as high as it was last night staying below 80% usage for the most part and GPU being near 100 now. I still got a couple spikes of the CPU reaching 100% for a couple moments but it dropped down some after a bit. I was also wondering if in-game overlays could be a big enough hinderance to cause these kinds of issues?
