it'd be nice if it were that simple. the problem is that bungie doesn't put out enough content, so all the rehashed stuff seemingly takes the place of what could have been something new

I mean, the seasonal exotic was new. If they were to just add it to the loot pool I’d not complain. I totally get your point though. I wish they’d just give us all D1 exotics now and then be forced to innovate for the rest of the game. However, that would bring its own myriad problems into being...
