Recently bought a pc with a 3080 and 10700k and I noticed that when I play destiny I noticed that I get some stuttering. This is in both the menus and in the game. I cap the FPS at 144 and I notice that when the game stutters my 144 FPS drops to 139. If I cap the FPS at 120 it drops to 115. It seems like this stutter always drops me by 5 frames. It is very disruptive to gameplay.
