Hello. Do you share your Amazon Prime account with anyone else? If so, do they play Destiny 2 and do they also sign up for this program? Have you tried logging in and out of the game to see if anything changes?
To confirm, you've double-checked that the Gear Drop has been claimed on the Twitch Prime site?
If you go into your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings]Bungie account Settings[/url][/b] and click "Accounts & Linking," do you see Twitch Prime at the bottom of the page under the "Authorized Applications" sections?
Have you claimed your reward in your [b][url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Codes/Partners]Partner Rewards section[/url][/b]?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm the only user of my twitch prime account, never shared with anyone and my bungie account has been linked since the first time I claimed a drop. I have already checked in the prime drop page, here's a [url=https://prnt.sc/wafnq8]print[/url]. Yes, the twitch are linked, I already have tried with my both twitch prime accounts. In the Partner Rewards section, It only shows the last drop I claimed, [url=https://prnt.sc/wafphe]print[/url].

To restore your connection, you need to re-connect your Twitch account to your Bungie.net account. Unfortunately, Twitch Prime rewards can only be claimed one time - if you don't see them in your Partner Rewards, you may want to [b][url=https://twitch.amazon.com/tp/oauth/start/bungie?overwrite=true&redirectUrl=https://twitch.amazon.com/prime/loot/destiny2]re-link your accounts together[/url][/b] then wait until next month to claim that Gear Drop then see if they appear in Amanda Holliday's inventory in the Tower Hangar.

Ok I will revoke and re-link the accounts, but then I will not be able to get this month reward? I don't understand why.
