what I have found is that the best armor drops from the prophecy dungeon. basically all my high stat armor has been acquired there. I can't even get anything higher than mid to high 50's anywhere else. maybe in the dsc but I haven't done that yet.

Thats also RNG. For me, last year prophecy gave nothing but crap or nothing better than holdfast armour.
