Theory:
There will eventually be a tier 3 wrathborn hunt. There’s a chance that the guaranteed high stat armor is being saved for tier 3 armor wrathborn hunts. I hate waiting for stuff like this. But I’m not sure if I’m correct.

Maybe. I don’t really know unfortunately. I just know that tier 3s will eventually be available in game.
