Issue appeared when switched from GTX 1080 to 6900 XT. Getting 48 fps stable in nearly all areas. CPU and GPU utilization hovers at about 50%. Tried with FreeSync On/Off, Vsync On/Off, frame cap On/Off, HDR On/Off. At one point playing with graphics setting borked everything and I had flickering textures: mostly shadows, wiping settings fixed the flickering.
