I write earlier that old driver installation can help users amd gpu, but not suitable for new graphics cards on RDNA2. In my topic there is a link to old driver 20.4.2 version which is the last with stable fps and not 20.2.2. https://www.bungie.net/ru/Forums/Post/257720558?sort=0&page=0
