Yeahhhh. But Shiver strike give you immunity to other forms of CC like slow and frozen and is primarily a movement tool. You wanna kill someone with it go for a warlock using Stasis you'll catch them off guard when you don't get frozen from their melee.

Immunity? Slow maybe, but it doesn’t help when you’re frozen. And it’s predominantly a Melee ability not movement even though it can be used that way. 😄 I’d have to try that but good luck hitting a warlock with a ranged melee ability that tracks and freezes on hit.

Bruh you make it sound like the tracking is on the levels of Celestial Fire. But it might just be a glitch or bug (since that melee seems to just be covered in them) but Shiver Strike when I fight them on console tend to go straight through direct hits of the warlock melee. Not sure if its a timing thing with the melee animation, a glitch/bug, or just god aweful lag, but their are moments where direct hits of certain attacks (Hunter Shuriken and Warlock Melee) don't apply CC or do damage. Could just be a bug or console latency issue, but whatever it is, its not rare. Honestly I feel a shiver strike that hits its target should freeze them. Like a build up of slow status to freeze over the course of time that they would be sent flying. To bad like you said its easy to counter the launch if you melee the titan at the right time since it applies that magnet that keeps you there similar to how players counter Boss Stomping in PvE.
