To get a melee kill Titans just ram into people while hunters need to accurately aim a knife using skill.

And yet hunters have an aim-assist breaking get out of jail free card.
-
the problem with this argument is that you're using aim assist as a crutch so YOU ARE MISSING it's not the game's fault you can't hit something without their bullet magnetism lmao.
-
You are a pc player. On console, aim assist and magnetism can be the difference between winning or losing a comp match or even a flinch battle. That's why you constantly see guns with high damage/flinch and aim assist values getting top spots, primarily hand cannons. Console players literally need it because they are on an inferior analog platform, so once it's taken away, the difference is more than noticable. Obviously this does not apply to M&K, where aim assist does not exist.

read my other reply to basically this same statement :p I play with controller as well and still have no problem killing dodging hunters. that is literally the LEAST of my pvp worries.
-
Yeah but what are your stats? I cannot find your profile.
-
That was removed in year 1 of D2.

Edited by Dubufu: 12/20/2020 7:29:22 AMNope. You read the patch notes wrong. They removed it from the invisibility dodge. Not regular dodge. Regular dodge still disables aim assist. Where are people getting this misinformation...
-
Also if you have the literature on it I’d love to see it. Appreciate you being civil.
-
Actually yes, it was the invisibility dodge. Which honestly makes no sense.
-
No worries. You arent the only one to think this. Here are the official quotes from the 1.1.4 TWAB patch notes. If you need to confirm it, just look up the 1.1.4 notes. Invisibility on Dodge no longer breaks Aim Assist or Projectile Tracking in PvP (unchanged in PvE) Dodging still breaks both Aim Assist and Projectile Tracking, but only for the duration of the actual dodge

doesn't matter if you literally just shoot where they are like a normal shooter. I've had 0 problems killing hunters or invis top tree hunters dodging, that's a you problem using aim assist as a crutch my guy.
-
To be fair, you are on pc. Aim assist breaking on console is SUPER jarring.
-
I play also with a controller to get a good feel for both (and nostalgia) and I can still hit them. it's REALLY not difficult if you know what to look for and just aim there.
-
But what are your stats?

Good call on that and thank you for the clarity.
