You do need the whole team to go flawless, and no they shouldn’t “fix” it, it’s fine as is. If they do that, you can just get 2 people to carry you and do the whole thing without you. That takes no effort. It is perfectly fine as is

Just because the second option triggered you doesnt mean you can ignore the first option he mentioned.

Now I know it needs the whole team, after I did just me not dying, not earning it, and googling to find out that the triumph is different of what I had understand that the description says. I didn't said it isn't fine to keep the whole fireteam not to die. It's ok... I agree with you that this avoid that you have 2 people carrying you. What I said was that they should do one of the 2 things: - Keep it as it is, but change the triumph description, because it's misleading, making us understand it's enough to complete it with only you not dying. It doesn't mention the fireteam. - Or, keep the description, and change the triumph to accept just you not dying, as it says. It's worth to note that previous triumphs, as the flawless Pit of Heresy one, had the same description, and just you couldn't die, regardless of your other fireteam members. What makes even more confusing and misleading to use the same text on this one, but with a different challenge. Most people are finding out that it's required the whole fireteam not to die, just after they make the effort to finish without just one not dying, and not earning it as they're lead to believe they would.

You just said you agree that it shouldn’t just be you, and then said a solution is to make it so it’s only you that has to go flawless. You just contradicted yourself, it makes no sense. I agree that they should change the description, but it should be implied

I’m not the one that said I disagree with something, and then have a way to fix it being it be the exact thing that you disagree with. The triumph say's complete any master empire hunt without dying. That doesn't say teammates can't die. So either the triumph needs to be reworded or should complete as long as player doesn't die.

Yeah, I think it should be reworded. I just think that making it only you can be too easy, so it is good at a whole team. They just have to change it
