i have a 3950x ryzen 9 16 core and 32gb of ddr4 ram and 2070 super with a 144hz monitor 1080p and everything is overclocked even the ram.. but somehow i only get 90 fps in every planet and the tower, i get maybe 120 fps on pvp and strikes are at 90-120 fps, idk what the heck is going on with this game but this is the only game i have outta like 30 games on steam that have this poor of performance i should be WAY above the requirements to get 144 fps stable, its incredibly frustrating..😢 & P.S all my settings are at the lowest except my texture quality and yes i changed that too see if it fixed the problem and it doesn't including switching of v sync and off plus frame cap and windowed or fullscreen, NOTHING helps and don't get me started on my Nvidia control panel I've done everything different there as well
