Ppl I found a temporarily fix until bungie learn how to optimized PC. I went into the Destiny 2 files and turn multi threaded rendering from 0 to 1.
There’s some flickering going on but it’s not enough that it’ll ruin gameplay.

Disregard. While you get a drastic increase in performance the flickering gets really crazy in certain areas. On the other hand bungie should fix multi threading the game performs great with it enable.
