my 3070 arrived and I'm playing at 1440P all on the stalk at 100 FPS +, I'm really happy with performance ..... But I believe it would be possible to have more performance, because both the CPU and GPU usage are very low, CPU in the house 10/15% and GPU around 30/40% ....... My CPU is a Ryzen 1800X that does have a bit of a bottleneck, but in COD Warzone it takes the card to 90/95% of use .... Is it really a game thing?

Performance has been borked for over a month. It's not your rig. That GPU should be pushing a LOT more than 100 fps at 1440p.
