Same thing here with my 6800xt, was fine until a week ago when I had my 2080, aparrently upgrading was not a good idea

O Games works perfect (4k ultra Like CoD bf acv or dev2) 3070 is Not so Bad Like 6800 but also Drops (Spikes) and Low FPS. 2070 works (no Spike). So no new GPU for destiny2 I dont think the Update will Change anything on this Problem. (January) Games are installed on fast m2 gen4. Maybe you have a dx9 Game can Test If this laggs Spikes ? I dont own one.
