Also getting the minor stuttering/hitching when loading into new areas. I've tried lots of different things to no avail, though capping my framerate to 90 in game has made the game at least somewhat playable, though Im still getting minor stuttering, and of course Im literally losing 30fps This is the only game I own thats doing this.
