We also experienced this bug tonight. Went out of our way to equip all arc subclasses before zoning in, stayed on them for the full raid. None of the encounters counted, and we did not receive credit for the triumph.

Ran it back without exotic armors or the thorn equipped and it counted. Apparently some exotics trick the game into thinking ur not running arc (example: felwinters helm counts ur subclass as void) for some strange reason

I think exotic weapons are okay, we played around with it a bit and it looked like one of a hunter or warlock helm exotic was triggering it. We ran into the same issue with solar, removed all exotic armor and got the 2-4th encounters to count, then went back and did the first. Guess we're running all the elemental triumphs with no exotic armor this season :/ Thanks for the response! Helped us get a few done this week.
