Worst offenders:
Tangled Shore - can not achieve more than 45fps even on low settings. This is after a pretty easy 90+ on high settings prior to BL.
The first big room in Bray Exoscience - around 30fps lower than other areas in Bray Exo
These are on top of about a 20% decrease across the board after BL launch. No resolution scaling, 1080
