Sometimes FPS drops to quite unstable 10-20fps in heavier zones like any Crucible matches.
In a single player scenraio it usually stays at 60+ fps but it can still drop to 30 fps.
Lowering settings doesn't really help and even on low the performance can be quite poor at times.
