Ok, so my specs exactly LAPTOP RTX 2070 Super with max-q design. Intel 10750H CPU 2.60GHz. 16GB DDR4 of ram 1TB SSD. I wasn't having any FPS issues until Beyond light was released. It happens every time I load into an activity that isn't the tower or crucible. This issue was minimal when Beyond light was released but has seemed to have gotten worse to the point where my game will crash upon loading into a strike, Tangled shore or The dreaming city. Raids do not crash the game. Now if my game doesn't crash i am running around at 10-30 FPS for a couple of seconds or minutes before i return to the Normal 60 FPS. I have tried lowering all my settings to all low / off which did not help. I tried driver updates and windows updates which also didn't help. I normally run all high capped at 60fps with V-sync turned on. As well as wind impulses and motion blur turned off. With no applications open but Destiny 2 the FPS issues still happen. I have checked task manager to see if anything is reaching 100% while the issue is happening but they are only reaching a max of 80%. DxDIag https://pastebin.com/bGm4izwj
