It happens the MOST in the Tangled Shore. It happened on high curse week on the Dreaming City, but i turned my settings down from high and that made it feel better. Didnt fix the Tangled Shore tho :( Europa also seemed a little lower, but it has a lot of stuff with the snow and the storm going on so i figured that was kinda normal? I have noticed lower frames on Deep Stone Crypt Tanix Abomination, and Sanctified Mind Garden encounters. I'd assume Riven has the same issues but I was busy trying to figure out why she kept showing up on the second floor early to pay attention.
