I get frame drop everywhere from varying amounts in between 10-60 fps. It's usually the worst on Europa, but all the destinations cause issues (excluding strikes/crucible/and parts of Deep Stone). I used to have constant 144+ fps on all destinations (prior to beyond light launch). It doesn't effect me nearly as bad as some of my friends, but I wanted to post as well to show its not just a matter of equipment. I have a 10600k/2080 super/32GB RAM. Capping frames to a lower amount doesn't stop the frame drop.
