I get frame drops when loading my character's inventory shortly after starting the game. I get frame drops when loading into the tangled shore I get frame drops when loading into the dreaming city I get frame drops when loading into wrathborn hunts All of the frame drops listed prior cause massive stuttering (almost freezing completely) for a short time before stabilizing. I get lower than average FPS in Riis-Reborn and other areas on Europa (~60 compared to a capped 95) I currently have a i5-9600K @ 4.8 GHz and an RTX 2060. My system has 32 GB of 3200 MHz DDR4 memory. I would post my DxDiag report, but have some privacy concerns regarding it being on a public forum.
