I just got beyond light on steam and redownloaded Destiny for the first time in a few months. All the cgi cutscenes stutter massively and basically run at 1 fps, the cutscenes using ingame assets run at a solid 30 and the game itself runs at a reliable 60 fps. I've tried most of the suggestions and I'm not sure how to fix this. gtx 1070, i7 6700K, 16GB ram, Win 7 and newest drivers no overclocks
