i7-9900k, RTX 2060S 8GB GIGABYTE, 16GB of RAM, W10, latest drivers for GPU, no overclocks, GPU locked to roughly ~1500mhz clock speeds via MSI Afterburner. I seem to get a *lot* of my framedrops when I'm standing still, looking off in the distance, specifically on Europa. I'll get ~120 FPS and then, as soon as I turn my camera to a distant vista, with nothing happening on-screen, frames tend to drop as low as 80FPS. That also sends to happen when at least one person is using Stasis with a handful of mobs on-screen. I get frame drops all over the place, with the exception of the Tower, in Orbit, and in Crucible. Every other spot in the game fluctuates FPS greatly.
