It looks like you didn't actually solo/flawless the Dungeon. You solo/flawlessed the Kell Echo Checkpoint bro.
Ehhh.... I could be wrong though.

How do we know it’s a CP, it says flawless solo. I’m not trying to defend him, just asking. Is this a bug ?

It's kinda easy to tell, you see if you check my dungeon report you'll see Prophecy solo flawless tag. The time to complete a solo flawless is much more than 30 min and he only had about 250 ish kills, as others who do it legit have upwards of about 500+ and they don't take longer just bc they suck at the dungeon but it genuinely takes longer to do a solo flawless, and yes it is a bug all cp's are counting as fresh on things like dungeon report and i believe raid report as well
