Im also facing this issue, mostly micro stutters and huge fps drops in EDZ and Tangled shore in both cases now 50-60fps on avg, Cosmodrome also certain spots,.
For example @ Cosmodrome Strike, one moment 100fps then I enter tight hallway and get barely 50-60fps and mouse feels very laggy.
I upgraded to new cpu, ram and the issue persists.
Use to have
i5 4690K
asus z87 deluxe
ddr3 g.skill tridentX 2400mhz 16GB CL10
now
i5 10500
msi z490 unify
ddr4 g.skill trident neoZ 3600mhz 16GB CL16
gpu 980ti zotac amp extreme
144hz display @ DP connection.
The game is installed on fast sata SSD Crucial MX500 1TB.
Lower mouse polling rate to 500hz also no difference.
That said, turning reflex off in cfg file and set nvidia low latency - on, fullscreen and disable windows fullscreen optimizations fixed a lot of stutters, BUT loading transition assets, new parts of the map remains.
I expected new system would fix those loading new level parts, but it didnt it looks the same and it is really annoying to say the least.
Can you also fix this, or communicate with nvidia to find a better solution. I tried various drivers and all have it.
Gpu is not overclocked extra, cpu stock or slight OC doesn't change anything either. The loading stutter of new game parts remains, this is the biggest issue, apart from the new engine lighting which cripples the game more with extra fps drops
