As of today's update, I've been having random .5-.75 second stuttering seemingly everywhere. Attached is a short video showing the stutters, it may seem like the video is buffering, but it's really just the stutter. On the first one, I was at the settings I played at before doing this mornings update. The 2nd one is a test with my spare 970 to see if the GFX card was the issue, and the final one was with my original 1080 at different graphics settings.

Specs: i7-7700k, 32GB 2400 Mhz, GTX 1080 FE / EVGA 970 (For diagnosis on card).

My normal settings include High Default 1440p with Vsync on Capped at 165 Frames.
I've tried:
-Clearing Cvar file
-Verifying Integrity of Game Files
-Turning Vsync on and off
-Turning Gsync on and off
-Using CPUID to check thermals during stutters, no spikes on either CPU or GPU
-Physically inspecting fans (1080 had a little dust build up, removal has had no impact on increasing performance.
-Testing other games (CSGO, Forza Horizon 4, MCC, FFXIV all run steady, no frame stuttering)
Any Advice before I fresh install Win10 and Destiny?

Been having same issues but got an occasional broccoli code crash without ever having that before. GPU driver updated seems to have fixed the crashes but still getting the stuttering

Can only second this, same issues, random freezes independet of the location / activity - Really annoying, especially in PvP

I have also had this issue with the RTX 3090 and Intel Core i9-10900K; don't reinstall Windows. Seems to be a deeper issue.

Yep, been having identical issues to this, started yesterday, not changed a thing on my end

It's not your PC. Bungie fkered up the game.
