While I agree its a bit meh the perk can indeed one tap. Have only played the one game myself but lucky10p put a vid up and he hit a 400+ crit with it. I think 5-6 stacks is a 1 tap

6x is 1 shot crit 7x is 1 shot body.. 6x or 7x stack initiiates the hawk screech striking fear into everyone around you i love it so much
