Hey,
Yes similar Rig and Same Issues.
But wait today 8.12.2020 came a big patch all problems gone solved im lucky flying after work to the tangled shore and ......?????? NOTHING Frames 45-56 arround CPU is sleep at 20% and GPU arround 50-60% Nice Patch for Pc Players.

Yeah, I was hoping for some of that performance bump that consoles were getting. I'll hope they update it before the holidays :(
