Imagine your favorite weapon with a Rate of Fire Masterwork.
Hand Cannons are now 90rof/120rof/150rof
But 90rof does the same as the current 120.
120 does the same damage as 150.
150 does the same damage as 180.
You can go back to the old Rate of Fire, but you need the Masterwork to do so.
That's how Bows feel needing a Draw Time Masterwork.
Please, remove the Draw Time Masterwork and adjust bow Draw Times...
