Hi there! Please provide a DxDiag report. Please do not follow these steps while Destiny 2 is running. 1. Restart your machine. 2. When you log in, please click on the Windows icon on the lower right, then type dxdiag. If typed correctly, only one command should appear. Please click it. (If you need to enter the credentials of an administrator of the PC, please do so). 3. Allow the tool to run. A green bar should progress on the bottom portion of the window. If you receive any dialogue boxes as it progresses, please address them accordingly. 4. Once the tool is completed, please click on the "Save All Information" button. Save the resulting text file in an easy to find location, such as your Desktop. Then, close the tool. 5. Open the text file you just created and copy all of text to your clipboard by selecting all of it (Ctrl+A) and copying it (Ctrl +C OR rightclick and click Copy). Then, close the file. 6. Go to pastebin.com 7. In the text box below, paste all of the text in the box. 8. If you would like to make your system specs hidden, you can change the Paste Exposure to Unlisted. This will hide it from the Public section of the site but still allow people to view your Paste. Then, click the Create New Paste button. 9. Copy the resulting URL and reply back to this comment with the URL.

  • According to the DxDiag report, you are receiving AppHangB1 error codes. Please perform the following recommendations: - Open a Command Prompt as an Administrator. You can do this by clicking on the Windows key, then typing cmd. Then, on the left side of the Start menu, you will see the CMD application appear. Click the Run As Administrator. Once this is done, type "sfc /scannow". Post the results. - Perform a malware or virus scan. It's recommended that you do a full scan versus a light or hyper scan. - Check your machine's manufacturer website for updates to the BIOS and any other drivers you may think you need to update. - Make sure your system is fully up to date on Windows Updates.

  • The SFC might have found some errors. I would let your system settle and see if they resolve. You can try playing again and see if the issue is resolved. If the issue persists, I would consider resetting your PC. Please note that resetting your PC does have the potential of erasing your files and settings. Please do not consider this option until you have backed up all of your files. Please also note that this is something you should consider. I’m not recommending or asking you to do this.

  • I’m glad to hear it’s working. But yes, in some situations, that could be the only option. That is why I placed a lot of caveats on that. I have done it many times to my own system, so I can do it in my sleep and have plenty of backup plans. It’s never recommended to do unless you exhausted all options.
