Sleeper Sim & Outbreak Should Be Able to Make Warmind Cells
Outbreak Perfected can be debated because of the weapon technically being a modified warmind gun with SIVA, but Sleeper Simulant TOTALLY counts as a warmind weapon and should be able to generate warmind cells. Sleeper kinda sucks right now, so this would be an easy and cool way to make it better.

What we ‘need’ is seasonal mods in the current fashion on gauntlets allow whole weapon type to create warmind cells. Not just fixed weapons of which the legendary version eventually become redundant aswel.
