We need enemy Factions that are members of humanity and not just aliens.
(The following is an in character rant:)
Its Xenophobic Narcissistic Racism to think that all aliens are enemies of humanity and that simply because we have been blessed by the traveller we are the "good guys". That is a backwards way of thinking that probably lead to countless wars for the ancients even amongst humanity it's self.
For those willing to talk we must pursue diplomacy and forge an everlasting aliance.
(End in character rant.)
We also need playable Eliksni or Cabal as new classes and Evil Exo or Evil Lightbearers as enemy factions.

We did have that one Lysander plot line in D1 that was hinted at and then immediately forgotten about in D1. You know, the one where we began to receive a ton of lore about a corrupt City official, Lysander, and his faction, the Concordat, who attempted a coup of the City government and was subsequently exiled from the City, and is said to still be alive and still plotting to pick back up where he once left off. Seriously, why did we never go further with that plot line? I get the premise of fighting aliens for the protection of humanity, but infighting is still a very real threat. Look at the Fallen for example.

One of my old fan theories was that Drifter was either Lysander, Dregen Yor, or Ulan Tan.

While their in the Lore, neither of them are in the game. I'd like Warlord's as bosses... We need a new dark age.. And I am a lady.

The House of Light is sorta in game. Mithrax has been seen at least twice and was mentioned several times in Beyond Light. And i do agree about having a warlord boss. Hell i want an entire dlc about warlords who survived the Iron Lords.

Shaxx needs a storyline where he helps to play a crucial role. For example maybe one location could be his epic former castle except overrun by a Warlord and any minions they might have. Edit: Hard part though what would you use as a Warlords adds? They would be enemies of hostile aliens like us. Maybe some sort of story where an Eliksni Houe feels a Warlord is their Kell.

If we play as cabal, we get skyburners and legend of acrius for free, and for eliksni, we get lord of wolves and queen breakers for free (anarchy maybe ?)

I like to imagine Gaurdian like armor designs but designed for those other races.
