Sleeper Sim & Outbreak Should Be Able to Make Warmind Cells
Outbreak Perfected can be debated because of the weapon technically being a modified warmind gun with SIVA, but Sleeper Simulant TOTALLY counts as a warmind weapon and should be able to generate warmind cells. Sleeper kinda sucks right now, so this would be an easy and cool way to make it better.

6 RepliesAgreed and Polaris Lance as one of the Exotics to make Warmind Cells, it is a bit of a Ikelos weapon because of a eververse skin and did originate as a weapon belonging to the Brays. Same with the Legendary variant.
